Privacy Policy:

We respect your privacy.  We guarantee we will never use your personal information for anything but processing your order or distributing your monthly newsletters.

Ordering Information:

All prices are in Canadian dollars.  US and international shipping is not available at this time.  To place an order simply place the items you wish to purchase into your bowl and select your preferred method of payment.  You will receive an email confirmation from us and with instructions on completing a secure online payment with your credit card, your PayPal account or sending us a cheque in the mail.  Orders will be shipped within 3-5 days upon receiving payment.

Return Policy:

Refunds must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order and must be pre-approved by Doggy Delights Pet Bakery prior to return shipping.  Because our product is perishable and we stress the importance of its proper storage, we will not issue refunds for spoiled product due to mishandling or improper storage.  We guarantee the product will spoil if not stored properly and place the responsibility on the customer to properly store the product once received.

We do not refund shipping and handling charges.  Any shipping and handling charges incurred in the return of product to us is the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Policy:

Orders are shipped via Canada Post - Regular Parcel.  Should you have specific courier requirements, we would be happy to assist you.  Please indicate your preferences upon checkout in the Comments/Special Instructions section.  Additional charges may apply.

Shipping and Handling fees are $10 for orders less than $60.  FREE shipping on purchases over $60.

Once we have received your payment, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed.  Transit times within Canada are approximately 1-7 business days (NOT a guaranteed service - tracking # provided).  You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
